At Purely Tallow, every product is crafted with care using simple, natural ingredients. Because our products are personal skincare items, we do not accept returns once orders have been shipped.

However, if something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

Refund & Replacement Eligibility

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:
